I have done BHM, but I want to make my career in the teaching field. Should I pursue a Diploma or B.Ed course?

Since you did not pursue B.Ed till now, it would be tedious to again study for 4 years. But, it is better than doing Diploma in B.Ed. So, go for a B.Tech.
