Hello Mala, As you have done Masters in Commerce and Masters in Labour Studies, you can opt for UGC NET Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/ Labour and Social Welfare/Human Resource Management or UGC NET Commerce. But make sure that you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in
