I have done BPP and opted for B.COM frm IGNOU in 1999 but left with 2 subject to clear. Is there a way i can continue with same enrollmnt

I have done BPP and opted for B.COM frm IGNOU in 1999 but left with 2 subject to clear. Is there a way i can continue with same enrollmnt and dont have to give 3 years again?Further if its not possible, can i take admission in any distance course from DU. Can i take admission in BA or B.com from DU.

There are few universities like Annamalai (DDE),Bhartihar (DDE), MKU (DDE) etc. Where you can get direct (lateral entry/ credit trunsfer) 3rd year admission.
