I have done BSc biology in 1993 and after having a long 10 years sales experience I did MBA marketing part time from NL Dalmia collage Meera road Mumbai completed in 2009. This is quite difficult due to fluctuation in your career Still you should not leave your hope. You should make yourself, your profile including qualification and work experience more presentable and justify your reason for joining and leaving call centre You will definitely get what you want
