IF you are willing to develop a career in this domain, then surely masters will give you better job prospects. You can also opt for part time/weekend classes for masters.

Rohan, it's up to you based on how good you've been. Masters would be good for a faculty job or specialization. Other ways to specialize are to make assignments/ films to tweak your skills.
