At IIM Indore or any IIM for that matter offers MBA in general management as the degree. However if you are passionate about operations then you can take all the electives in 2nd year belonging to operations. As far as placements are concerned a lot of big companies and startups come to recruit for operations profile at IIM Indore, so you can look forward to those jobs.
