At IIM Indore or any IIM for that matter offers MBA in general management as the degree. However if you are passionate about operations then you can take all the electives in 2nd year belonging to operations. As far as placements are concerned a lot of big companies and startups come to recruit for

Yes everyone is eligible for such program. Based on your academic performance in the first term you get to choose which college you want to go to. As such there is no extra fees to be paid for student exchange program.
