I have done class 11 (medical) from CBSE. Can I do class 12 from PSEB? If I do so, will it have any influence on my study in abroad?

Hi
As CBSE is recognised by most of the universities abroad, you should preferably continue with it. In case its not possible, you have to appear for TOEFL/ IELTS and score well to be placed abroad.
If you are planning to appear for medical entrances in india, it won't matter. -
