I understand your problem and after seeing your profile I would suggest to go for a training on core JAVA and Mobile App development course.
I am suggesting because you mentioned software engg is your interest.
JAVA has a future and mobile app development as well.

If you weak in math then BSC and BCA is better options however you can't avoid math completely in BCA or BSC IT.
Otherwise you may choose BBA or arts and commerce.
