I have done D.ed regular mode in the year 1999-2000 and at the same time and B.A correspondence was completed in 2001. Is it legal?

    It is totally fine to pursue two different courses simultaneously through different modes, Only thing is that you have to take care of Institutes recognition . Both institutes should be approved by the government and follow all the guidlines set by the government.  if you want to do higher studies, Some institutes may not allow you to study because you pursued two courses together. You should always check for it.
