i have done dip in IT,now iam marredbut my husband is not intrested to learn more our economical condition is not better but i want to do ?

I am so much intresting inlearn more but i have two childrens so my husband is not intrested. please give me some help about what to do after doing doploma in information technology. can i do it in less money or through any womens education society?
