I have done Diploma. How do I get admission in B.Tech 2nd year?

As a Diploma graduate, you can apply for Lateral Entry to the 2nd year of a B.Tech course. You need to meet the eligibility requirements and may need to appear for an entrance exam. The duration will be 3 years instead of 4.
