I have done diploma in computer engg from Tilak maharashtra university (deemed university and UGC approved, NOTE: THIS UNIVERSITY IS SHIT) So am I eligible for CAP round in maharashtra. I want to go for B tech in computer science and if no then in which college should I apply?
