I have done diploma in mechanical engineering in 2011.Now currently doing job in L&T IES Vadodara,now whta I should I do?

Monish L&T is very good and reputed company. You can continue your job but if you want good profile in comparison to the current profile you can upgrade your Education to B. Tech/ B.E. and after completion u can apply for same company or others on the basis of your current Job Experiences.
