I have done Diploma in Mechanical in 2005 then I started my career with BPO's because it was easy to get job in BPO. Now I want to work with my relevant job like in the field of Industries and related to my education. I don't want to go again to the BPO sector, I am confused what to do now? I really don't know what tools I need to learn and how to search jobs related to my education. What types of jobs will I get from my education? Basically I know Auto CAD.

Hi, since three years have passed when you finished your diploma, hence it may be difficult to get a suitable job now related to your core field. You will be counted as fresher and you will face competetion from freshers. Hence you will have to be patient and try. Till then continue working in the B
