Apply for B.Tech via lateral entry in the stream of your choice. You can apply in CIPET to pursue Bachelors in Plastic. -

Firstly, congratulations on nurturing a dream of doing graduation. Always have some dreams. Big dreams! You can seek admission via lateral entry scheme into 2nd year of engineering of colleges in your own state.
