I have done DME and have 23 years of experience. How can I apply for MBA? I have also done my BE in mechanical via part-time with an arrear.

You can apply for executive MBA from top B-Schools. Also, companies you are working with have tie ups with some colleges, you can ask them and proceed with your further career. All the best.

Better try to do distance MBA also.
