I have done double Masters from Urdu literature with 68%. Can I do M.Phil in Urdu?

Yes, getting passed with any marks is the minimum criteria for Masters in Urdu Literature. However, some colleges consider graduation marks as the criteria to make their merit list. But most colleges don't have such criteria specially for Urdu literature.
