I have done GNM Nursing from Punjab. Can I pursue B.Sc in nursing in Canada?

Yes, you can. You will have to get in touch with colleges offering BScN and ask whether they will consider your current course for credit transfer or not. If they do, you can start directly from the second year of the degree in Canada.
