You need to be true to the interviewers as far as possible. Give them the real reasons for the drops oprted by you. Yes, you can add to it that you wanted to concentrate for the CATor MAT exam and hence opted to do preparation for these exams in the interim 2 years period.

Hi Zeba, while facing the interview, you can mention your other activities, which you were doing and along side also preparing for MBA. Alternatively, you can mention that you don't wanted to go for MBA immediately after graduation and rather wanted to have some practical experience etc. Moreover to

It does'nt matter much if u have enough skills and confidence to face the interview.to do mba u need to qualify in cat or mat exams which will be held in dec or nov month . the best u give in this entrance , the best u can have ..... and u can say that u wanted to concentrate on entrance exams .....
