I have done graduation from Hotel Management then MBA in Marketing management. Should I pursue CS after 7 years of sales experience?

Of course you can. You can do MBA degree no matter who you are- an engineer, lawyer, journalist, writer or as you said hotel management student. After graduation, you can do MBA in hotel management or hospitality management as well. If you are in the food production department, you can do culinary management or kitchen management. Then there are those traditional specializations like marketing, finance, human resources, product management, operations management etc.
