I have done HSC in 2016 but I have 49.33% in PCB. Is it possible for me take admission for MBBS?

While it is understandable that you want to pursue MBBS most medical colleges in India have a minimum eligibility requirement of 50% in PCB Physics Chemistry and Biology in the HSC/12th standard exam.
