I have done integrated M.Sc. Honours in mathematics so I've read only mathematics in 5 years. Am I eligible for TGT mathematics?

You would be definitely eligible for TGT as well as PGT in Mathematics subject after B.Ed and qualifying for CTET or other required exams.
