i have done ITI in informatioai n tech. after 10..and now doing ccna from hcl.can i give international exam in ccna??

Well i do not see a problem as for the eligibility is concerned to write CCNA but I would suggest you to consider completing your schooling as well, because your 12th qualification is most basic requirement for acquiring any degree course in future.
