i have done job oriented course (joc) in civil & i want to know that after joc what is the scope of studies.i want to do engineering?

Ya You Can do B.Tech in CIVIL Engineering. And Civil Engineering has A Great Boom and Also Civil Enigneers are in very High Demand . to do b.tech in Civil you must have Science with PCM at 10+2 level or you must have diploma in Civil Engineering.
