I have done M.Com and now I am preparing for XAT. Can I take admission for MBA after 3 years of gap after graduation?

Yes, you can do MBA whenever you want but for better placement and future perspective, don't take a full drop as you can do the job for 3 years which will also be appreciated at the time of placements for MBA.
