Don't go for CS and CA. Passing percentage ratio for CA and CS is quite low. Even I was pursuing CS, but could't clear CS executive. So, I took decision to do MBA in finance, which proved a good decision for my career and got job at Deloitte. So, take your decision accordingly. Doing MBA will give you more job opportunities as per my knowledge.

If you are not interested in teaching line, then you can go for CA or CS, as you have done Masters in Accounts. Or else, you can do Diploma in Taxation and start a consultancy firm. Or, you can go for job as an accountant in a company.

After this course which is Masters of Commerce, candidates can opt for higher studies or can get a job. Post graduates in M.Com can look for jobs in both public and private sector. The jobs offered to these post graduates are very challenging and will be mostly in the field of commerce itself. Candidates will get jobs in other sectors also. If the candidate want to go for higher studies, then the options in front of him is very vast. There are many degree courses and certificate courses for the candidate to opt for.
