If the course is approved by UGC and DEC, you will get equivalency certificate from concerned university and you can apply for B.Ed in commerce. After completing B.Ed, you can work as Teacher in private higher secondary schools. Try to clear State Eligibility Test / SET. It will help you to get job in government schools. All the best.
