I have done M.Com in ABST with 60%. Now I want to appear in NET 2020 in Economics. Can I do so?

The candidate must have studied Commerce in class 11 and 12 with Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Maths and English as main subjects. The minimum cut off marks criteria is subject to each college/university's own admission criteria for that year.

Yes, you are eligible.
Candidates have to complete their Post Graduation, I. e, Master's Degree from a recognized university or college or institute in a specific, particular stream, Economics in case of UGC NET Economics Exam.
