As per the eligibility criteria of UGC NET exam, a candidate should have a Master's degree in the relevant subject or a related discipline with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved category candidates) to be eligible to appear for the exam. Since you have completed M.Com in management, you are eligible to appear for the UGC NET exam in the Commerce subject.
