I have done M.Com in OUS system, after completing my 10th std. Am I eligible for LLM?

No, an M.Com degree, even from an OUS system, does not qualify you for an LLM program. To be eligible for an LLM, you typically need to have completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or a five-year integrated law degree from a recognised university.
