I have done M.Com through correspondence from Kamaraj University with 58%. Is it possible to become a lecturer with this qualification?

Dear Mohan,
To achieve your target, you have to crack the NET exam or would complete Ph.D in particular domain with good grade and you should have good command over your subject .
Many universities do consider the correspondence degree for their lecturer opening but some don't.

Actually sir I have corporate experience but my passion is to teach so I would prefer becoming a lecturer only. And how about these courses Masters in Finance and Accounting(MFA) and Masters in Management Studies(MMS) ? Will these be adding value?
