I have done M.Com with second class. Am I eligible to become a tax practitioner?

Hi Sabari, You can work on your own as tax practitioner. You can do a diploma in tax management for more detail tax study. There are some areas where there are no need for any professional qualification like individual tax return. The Diploma in taxation laws (DTL) can be done from Law college, Pune or you can do a diploma in tax management (DTM) from Welingkar Institute of Management, Matunga, Mumbai.
