I have done M.Sc and B.Ed. Is it compulsory to do Diploma in elementary education now?

If you want to be a PGT, as you have Master's degree and B.Ed, you need not have to do Diploma. But, if you want to be an elementary level teaching, then you have to do it. You can do a 6 month bridge course also.
