    UGC NET Educational Qualification Requirement
    Candidates securing at least 55% marks in their Masters Degree or equivalent from recognised universities in Humanities (including languages), Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science etc. Are eligible for this test.

    Hello,
    Yes, you are eligible for UGC NET. Candidates who have a master's degree can apply for UGC NET Exam. For General Category Candidates 55% aggregate in Master's Degree or Equivalent Degree.For ST/SC/OBC/ PWD/ Transgender Candidates - 50% aggregate in Master's Degree.

    Hello Sanjay,
    Yes, you are eligible for UGC NET if you have completed your Masters in mathematics. Because the only requirement is that candidate should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in post-graduation. But I suggest that you have to apply for CSIR NET Exam because it is only for science stream student and you are from Mathematics.
    CSIR NET is a national level exam which is conducted by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research on the bi yearly basis for those who want to make their career in Research and Lectureship field. But make sure you should have minimum 55% aggregate (for General/OBC) or 50% aggregate (for SC/ST/PwD). An

    Anyone with 55% in M.Sc is eligible for UGC NET examination. But be sure that you decide to be in teaching profession because NET is for that person who want to be teacher.

    Hello,
    Of course, you are eligible to appear for the UGC NET Exam in the mathematics subject, if you have completed the Masters in the mathematics Subject. There is no age limit to appear for the UGC NET Exam while to avail the UGC Scholarship you need to be not more than 30 years of age. The minimum percentage required to appear in the exam is 50% for a woman and reserved category students while for unreserved students, 55% required to appear in the examination.

    Hi,
    Candidate must have scored at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST, OBC- NCL, PwD) in Master's Degree or equivalent examination from university recognized by UGC in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science etc. To be eligible for UGC NET 2019. If you fulfill the criteria then you are eligible for NET exam. Thanks.
