I have done M.Sc.(IT) and have 2+ years of work exp. in Asp.net 2.0. What course should I take up to make my CV relevant to the latest tech?

I took a 5 year break in my career and am restarting it now. So I want to horn my skills to make my CV relevant to the present day technologies, with respect to ASP.Net. Please guide me if there is some certification course which can help me achieve this.
