Hello, You can definitely apply for the UGC NET, if you have completed the Masters programme with at-least 55% marks. The candidate from the reserved CAT must have at-least 50% marks. Hi, Eligibility for NET: Master's degree examination or equivalent with at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of OBC (Non-creamy layer)/ SC/ ST/ PWD (persons with disability). Thanks.

Yes, you just need to have a round off percentage of 55% marks, as prescribed the UGC NET and later you can apply in the website and, then know the future process followed during the selections.
