I have done MA, BEd and also NET Qualified. can i apply for post in which DEd or B.EL.ED is Essential Qualifications?

You may opt for either of the mentioned courses, but if you are keen to go for the elementary education then I think opting for the B.El.Ed would be a better option but still as you are a NET then you can also look for the Masters degree related options or M.Phil in a particular stream.
Still it is entirely up to you to decide as to which one you are keen to pursue and based on which you may then proceed further.
