I have done MA in history in 1999 and scored 44.77%. Can I apply for UGC NET?

I have done a Master's degree in history and scored 44.77%.

    No, you cannot apply for it, because the eligibility says, back ward class people should have minimum 50% marks and 55% marks to other class of people to get admission for UGC NET.
