    You can apply for UGC NET sociology if you have got minimum 55% aggregate marks in post-graduation.

    (I) Gain familiarity with UGC NET Syllabus 2018 and the exam details -https://www.eduncle.com/cbse-ugc-net-examfrom here.
    (ii) Start the preparation with Paper-1 syllabus because it is simpler than the Paper 2. You must finish it as soon as you can.

    Yes, you can apply for UGC NET in Sociology. UGC NET is conducted every year in the month of June and December. The Application forms for December month is filled up and is closed. You can apply for the June exam. The eligibility to appear is that you must complete Masters in Sociology with around 55 % marks in the post-graduation (50% marks for the reserved category students).
    Till the June exam, you must prepare for the UGC NET exam.
