I have done management in PG. Can I opt for home Science for my paper 2.

Hello, National Testing Agency has decided some guidelines for aspirants who want to appear for UGC NET exam. One of these guidelines states that candidates can apply for exam with their post-graduation subject or related to that subject. According to this you can appear in UGC NET with Management subject not for Home Science. As NTA has started the UGC NET 2020 application form process - from 15th March 2020 and it will be continued till 30th June 2020. So, if you want to apply then this is an outstanding opportunity to make your future bright in the field of Lectureship and Research. But before applying make sure you fulfill other eligibility criteria as well. I'm sharing the criteria below - Candidate must have a master's degree with minimum 55% (For General) or 50% (For OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Transgenders) of marks without rounding off. For UGC NET Junior Research Fellowship, they also have to fulfill the age criteria I. e. as follow - For General - 30 Years Maximum Age For OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Women/Transgenders - 5 Years Relaxation in maximum age criteria.
