National Testing Agency has decided some guidelines for aspirants who want to appear for UGC NET exam. One of these guidelines states that candidates can apply for exam with their post-graduation subject or related to that subject. According to this you can appear in UGC NET with Management subject not for Home Science. As NTA has started the UGC NET 2020 application form process - from 15th March 2020 and it will be continued till 30th June 2020.
