Yes arpita you are eligible Candidates securing at least 55% marks in their Master's Degree or equivalent from a recognised university in Humanities (including languages), Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science, etc. Are eligible to appear for the UGC NET exam conduct

Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master's Degree are eligible to take NET examination. Since your score is 61%, you can take the exam. All the best.
