I have done Masters in library science. Am I eligible to appear for NET exam?

I also opted for Hindi language.

Yes, you can apply for NET Exam. The minimum qualification required to apply for this exam is post-graduation with 55% or 50% (based on your category in which you belong). MA'am I belong to Gen category M.A. Political Science in 60 percent NET Qualified. My age 42 years can I apply for college lecturer in further please tell. L am confused because. Somebody tells me you can not apply for this now.

Hello Admit, Yes, you are eligible for the NET exam. As CSIR NET is for the science stream students only, you can appear for UGC NET Exam.
