Yes, you can take UGC NET exam, if you have qualified the Masters' with minimum 55% aggregate marks. You can apply for the UGC NET Personnel Management or UGC NET Management. Because Personnel Management subject is also related to Management and according to the NET exam guidelines candidates can appear for the exam with the subject in which they have done their Masters or related to that. According to my views and experience, the minimum criteria for the NET exam is post-graduation, whether it is from any subject, you can be able to fill the NET exam after passing Masters in personal management, and for the classes of coaching, we can't prefer any names, because this site is for students only, not for promoting the coaching institutes.
