I have done MBA and have 4.5 years of experience in marketing field. How can I proceed to pursue teaching as my career?

Generally, you can opt for B-schools. But, sometimes, you may choose general colleges.

You can apply to various tier two B-schools who have lot of openings for assistant professor roles. You can also complete PhD or M.phil. in future for senior head and dean roles in teaching.
