I have done MBA and not able to get a job. Can you suggest some short term courses that can be done to get a good job?

I have done my MBA from Motilal Nehru Institute of Research and Business Administration in marketing & finance and was not able to get a job through campus placement. Since then, its been one year that I have not got any job.
