If you completed b.ed then you can try in schools or you can alos join any management college for BBA and MBA college , i also suggets you to give NET exam it is more benificial for you in teaching line

Yes, few Open Universities run BEd in Distance mode, viz. IGNOU, Nalanda open university and many others. These courses are approved by NCTE and duration is 2 years. you should appear in Entrance examination for this.
