I have done MBA HR from ICFAI distance learning.Now I am planing to do PGDM in someother subject related to HR.Kindly guide me the subject.

Hi Smitha, Although, enhancing your qualification is always a good idea, but I would agree with Mr. Nikhlesh that as you already have an MBA in HR it is sufficient to start your career, but if you still want to go for another specialization you can opt for Finance which will help you to a great ext

If there is some specific reason for you to do PGDM after completing MBA then it is a different thing, but I suggest that you put your qualification into practical use now and join an appropriate job. While on the job you may feel the neccesity of getting some more expertise in some other field and
