I have done MBA in HR. I want to apply for a teaching job. Do I need to take NET exam? If yes, which subject should I choose?

    MBA makes you eligible for management subjects in UGC NET or JRF. A Master's degree is the minimum qualification for appearing in UGC NET. To join the teaching field as an Assistant Professor, you need to clear the exam. Specialisation does not matter in NET. It will make you score well in that part of the study but basic need is just an MBA.
