Two options that I can suggest are:-
1) I think you should go for a PhD from good colleges like the Indian Institute of Management or Department of Management Studies.
2) You can pursue Diploma in CRM-Customer Relationship Management / Diploma in BPO Management / Diploma in Supply Chain Management
