First decide what is that you want to pursue as a career . keeping that in mind focus on a job and excel in your work areas.keeping in mind the work areas ,try and pursue certification courses in relevant areas & sharpen your skills to be enhance your productivity .

Digital marketing & social media,creative writing , expertise would be needed for this .Thus pursue courses in the said areas .
Ideally you should first spend some time on the sales side and get a ground level understanding of the product & market before moving onto the marketing side
